This position is for a German-English speaking Customer Advisor for an innovative medical technology provider. The role involves handling various customer inquiries via phone and email, including appointment rescheduling, providing information on maintenance and open orders, managing fault reports, and answering questions about contracts and invoices. The advisor will document customer concerns and initiate follow-up actions.

Must Have

  • Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Communication talent with service orientation
  • Calm and courteous manner
  • Flexibility to cover service hours (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) on a rotating shift system
  • Proficient with PC
  • Willingness to work at the Düsseldorf location

Your tasks

As a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in our team, you will:

  • Receive customer inquiries in German in inbound and collect data in English for research and information retrieval.
  • Take care of appointment postponements or provide information on planned maintenance work.
  • Answer customer questions about maintenance-related topics and open orders.
  • Receive fault reports and assess and manage the urgency of malfunctions.
  • Provide information on existing contracts or answer questions about invoices.
  • Document customer concerns in the client's database and, if necessary, initiate subsequent measures.

Your profile

Concentrix is a perfect fit for you if you:

  • Have very good German language skills and good English language skills in word and writing.
  • Are a communication talent with a service orientation who engages customers charmingly and at eye level.
  • Find the right solution for every customer contact thanks to your calm and courteous manner.
  • Ideally have a basic technical understanding and can quickly acquire technical information.
  • Can flexibly cover the service hours (Monday - Friday from 07:00 - 19:00), which are staffed according to a rotating shift system.
  • Are proficient in using a PC.
  • Are willing to work at the Düsseldorf location.
  • Are willing to continuously develop.

Ideally, you have:

  • Already have experience in the service hotline, as a customer advisor or customer support representative.
  • Initial experience in technical service.
