About the Job:

EveryMatrix is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Director to lead and drive our commercial strategy. This is a key position responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will play a crucial role in scaling the company’s presence globally while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and educate potential prospects on EveryMatrix products and services.

• Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.

• Set revenue targets and oversee their achievement in collaboration with leadership.

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, account management, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments to meet business objectives.

• Represent EveryMatrix at key industry expos, trade shows, and conferences.

• Act as a brand ambassador to enhance visibility and credibility in global markets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the iGaming, software, or technology sectors.

• Strong track record in business development, strategic sales, and revenue growth.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent understanding of the global iGaming landscape and emerging market trends.

• Ability to travel internationally for business events and client meetings.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
