Job Description

The Growth Manager at Google will consult with advertising companies, finding optimal advertising solutions. You'll leverage your sales skills and understanding of the digital economy to help brands expand using Google's advertising products. Responsibilities include building client relationships, achieving business growth goals, presenting Google advertising solutions, delivering exceptional client service, creating tailored app marketing strategies, and consulting with C-level executives. This role focuses on helping mobile app developers grow their business using Google products, setting strategy and execution to meet market growth goals, and working with new and existing customers to provide solutions and insights for app discovery and engagement.

  • 5+ years experience in mobile/digital advertising

  • Deep understanding of the app ecosystem

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • 2 years of experience in the applications marketing industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian, French, Arabic, Hebrew or Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and relationships with customers or agencies in the apps market and apps ecosystem.
  • Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry.
  • Knowledge of the app marketing and ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of app developer ecosystem.
  • Ability to understand the goals, identify the opportunities, and provide customized solutions to help clients achieve success.
  • Excellent solution promoting skills.

You will work with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to deliver applications discovery and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Plan and achieve business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional client service. Create tailored app marketing strategies that ensure long-term client success.
  • Consult with C-level executives to help them achieve their domestic and global marketing objectives using Google's app advertising tools.
