Job Description
This role involves organizing and running community esports tournaments, managing players (recruitment, training, skill development), and implementing marketing strategies to attract participants and viewers. Responsibilities include planning and executing game tournaments, player selection and development, and promotional campaigns. Experience organizing esports tournaments at school/club level is essential. The position requires full-time availability (4-5 days/week at the office for at least 6 months, with 1 day off for studies) and weekend work as needed. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously. Prior FC Online tournament participation is a plus. Passion for football and a desire to grow in the gaming industry are vital; FCO experience is highly advantageous.

Job Description
- Tổ chức, điều hành giải đấu eSports: Lên kế hoạch và tổ chức các giải đấu game cộng đồng
- Quản lý người chơi: Tuyển chọn, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ người chơi, nâng cao kỹ năng và hiệu suất.
- Truyền thông: Thực hiện các chiến lược quảng bá để thu hút người tham gia và khán giả cho các sự kiện.
Job Requirements
- Đam mê bóng đá và mong muốn phát triển trong ngành game (nếu chơi FCO là một ưu thế lớn)
- Có thể đi làm toàn thời gian 4/5 buổi tại Văn phòng trong ít nhất 6 tháng (có thể nghỉ 1 ngày để đi học)
- Có kinh nghiệm tổ chức các giải đấu Esports ở quy mô các trường/câu lạc bộ
- Sẵn sàng làm việc vào cuối tuần tùy theo lịch trình giải đấu.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt
- Khả năng xử lý tình huống tốt và có thể làm việc với nhiều đối tác cùng một lúc
- Đã từng tham gia các giải đấu FC Online là điểm cộng.
