Head of Data, AI & Intelligence

Bizee (formerly Incfile) is transforming into an AI-powered Operating System for Entrepreneurs. This Head of Data, AI & Intelligence role is crucial for defining the company's intelligence backbone. You will build a unified, event-driven, real-time intelligence platform to power automation, improve product efficacy, enhance growth, and unlock value through predictive systems, connecting Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Finance.

Must Have

• Own the long-term vision and architecture for Bizee’s intelligence platform.
• Build a unified, event-driven foundation for automation and AI workflows.
• Create the semantic layer, governance model, and data contracts.
• Define and build the AI strategy for Bizee’s operating system.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to embed intelligence into customer journeys.
• Build infrastructure for experimentation, model retraining, and scalable AI deployment.
• Lead the insights engine for product prioritization and growth strategy.
• Build systems for actionable insight, segmentation, LTV models, and funnel analytics.
• Create the experimentation framework for growth, product, and operations.
• Lead and scale Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and BI teams.
• Establish standards for modeling, observability, data quality, and reliability.
• Partner with executives (CTO, Product, Growth, CMO, CFO, Operations) on intelligence strategy.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and insight loops for executives and operators.
• Shape company strategy through data-driven storytelling and analysis.
• 10+ years across Data, AI/ML, or Intelligence leadership within SaaS/platform environments.
• Experience building unified data platforms, event-driven systems, and scalable insight layers.
• Deep technical fluency in data engineering, ML, distributed systems, and modern data stack patterns.
• Proven ability to ship AI or predictive products in partnership with Product & Engineering.
• Strong leadership presence able to align executives and influence partners.
• Clear, strategic thinking with a track record of simplifying complexity into action.
• A builder’s mindset and bias for momentum; thrives in ambiguity and creates clarity.

The Opportunity

This is one of the most strategically important roles in Bizee’s next chapter. As Head of Data, AI & Intelligence, you will define the intelligence backbone of the company, the systems, models, pipelines, insights, and decisioning layers that power Bizee’s evolution into an AI-driven Entrepreneur Operating System.

You will transform fragmented data into a unified, event-driven, real-time intelligence platform that fuels automation, improves product efficacy, enhances growth performance, and unlocks new value through predictive systems.

This is not a reporting or analytics role. It is a platform and enterprise value role. You will build the architecture and operating systems that connect the entire company: Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Finance.

This is a role for a builder, architect, and strategic thinker who sees around corners and designs systems that scale for years.

What You’ll Lead

Intelligence Architecture & Data Platform Ownership:

• Own the long-term vision and architecture for Bizee’s intelligence platform, data models, events, pipelines, services, and real-time systems.
• Build a unified, event-driven foundation that powers automation, AI workflows, segmentation, and product decisioning.
• Create the semantic layer, governance model, and data contracts that enforce clarity and reliability across teams.

AI Strategy, Automation & Predictive Systems:

• Define and build the AI strategy that powers Bizee’s operating system, from generative interfaces to workflow automation to risk scoring and predictive actions.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to embed intelligence directly into customer journeys and operational workflows.
• Build the infrastructure that enables experimentation, model retraining, and scalable AI deployment.

Insights, Experimentation & Business Decisioning:

• Lead the insights engine that informs product prioritization, growth strategy, and customer understanding.
• Build the systems that turn raw data into actionable insight, segmentation, LTV models, lifecycle behavior, funnel analytics, customer health.
• Create the experimentation framework for growth, product, and operations.

Data Engineering, Data Science & BI Leadership:

• Lead and scale Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and BI as a cohesive Intelligence organization.
• Establish standards for modeling, observability, data quality, and reliability.
• Ensure teams have clean, trusted, governed data that moves at the speed of the business.

Executive Partnership & Cross-Functional Impact:

• Partner with CTO, Product, Growth, CMO, CFO, and Operations to connect intelligence strategy directly to business outcomes.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and insight loops that drive clarity for executives and operators.
• Shape company strategy through data-driven storytelling and forward-looking analysis.

What You’ll Bring:

Within 12–18 months, Bizee has a real intelligence layer: an event-driven data platform, predictive systems powering automation, real-time insights embedded across workflows, and AI driving measurable improvements in customer outcomes, efficiency, LTV, and product stickiness.
