Job Description

Flow is seeking an energetic and operationally savvy Hotel Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of hospitality, residential, and event operations. This role ensures seamless hotel concierge services, optimized property management, exceptional guest and resident experiences, and efficient team leadership. The manager acts as the main escalation point for issues, manages front-of-house teams, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high standards of service, process efficiency, and community engagement, contributing to Flow's mission of reimagining living, working, and connecting.
Good To Have:
  • Luxury experience in hospitality, residential services, or property/building operations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Must Have:
  • Lead, support, and develop Flow Experience (concierge) team.
  • Oversee all aspects of guest and resident hospitality, including concierge support, check-ins/outs, amenity access, and prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Ensure daily hotel and residential operations run smoothly, supervise package and property workflows, maintain order in common areas, and coordinate with housekeeping and facilities.
  • Collaborate with the community team to execute weekend events and support resident programming and activations.
  • Track performance and feedback, manage budgets and financial records, and maintain clear communication with team members and management.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in hospitality, residential services, or property/building operations.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Financial acumen including budget, expense management, and cash handling.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, property management software, and hotel systems.

About the Role

Flow is seeking an energetic leader who is operationally savvy and dedicated to delivering memorable experiences for residents, hotel guests, and staff. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality, residential, and event operations. This role ensures seamless hotel concierge services, optimized property management, exceptional guest and resident experiences, and efficient team leadership. This manager is the main escalation point for all guest or resident issues, manages the front-of-house teams, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high standards of service, process efficiency, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, support, and develop Flow Experience (concierge) team, ensuring effective shift coverage, performance management, and positive team culture.
  • Guest & Resident Experience: Oversee all aspects of guest and resident hospitality, including concierge support, check-ins/outs, amenity access, and prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Operational Management: Ensure daily hotel and residential operations run smoothly, supervise package and property workflows, maintain order in common areas, and coordinate with housekeeping and facilities.
  • Community & Events: Collaborate with the community team to execute weekend events and support resident programming and activations.
  • Administration & Communication: Track performance and feedback, manage budgets and financial records, and maintain clear communication with team members and management.

Ideal Background

  • 2–4+ years of experience in hospitality, residential services, or property/building operations (luxury experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive amid dynamic priorities and high guest expectations.
  • Financial acumen including budget, expense management, and cash handling.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, property management software, and hotel systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
