HR Business Partner

Position Summary

Iron Mountain is looking for a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our Global Human Resources team.

In this central role, you will be responsible for acting as a crucial partner to Leaders and Executives, proactively implementing essential Human Resources programs, guiding leaders in effective people management, and driving the delivery of global HR and talent initiatives.

What You'll Do – Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with other Global Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to optimize business performance through effective people strategies, including organizational structure, capability development, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local labor laws across Latin America, providing guidance and coaching to Leaders on complex Human Resources issues and supporting critical employee events such as onboarding and offboarding.

What You'll Bring – Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including four or more years in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, ideally in a matrix and global environment.
• Solid knowledge of all Human Resources related disciplines and processes, with a focus on supporting leaders in a global and matrix environment.
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and project management, skillfully building relationships with senior leaders and coordinating complex tasks for successful outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory, and a strong level of oral communication in Spanish is required, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
