Job Description

We are looking for a new talent to join our Human Resources team at Mercer. This position is based in La Défense, Paris, and is a hybrid role with remote work. It is a temporary position starting mid-September for a duration of at least 6 months. As a true Business Partner, under the responsibility of the Lead HR Manager, you will support managers and their teams on daily human resources matters, deploy HR policies and processes, and participate in projects.

Must Have:
  • Support managers and employees in their daily HR requests, providing advice and expertise.
  • Deploy and ensure the implementation of HR processes and tools within your scope: integration, career management, compensation, performance evaluation, annual survey, salary transparency.
  • Interface and collaborate with our shared service centers and centers of excellence (personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, training).
  • Contribute to HR projects at local or regional level: communication plan design, job and career path management, process optimization/mutualization with other group companies.
  • Manage and contribute to the improvement of key indicators such as employee engagement, professional equality, diversity, well-being.
  • Solid first experience – between 5 and 7 years in Human Resources, ideally in a large international group.
  • Passionate about your profession and versatile in HR management.
  • Fluent English essential.

  • You have solid first experience – between 5 and 7 years in Human Resources, ideally in a large international group. You are passionate about your profession and are versatile in HR management.
