The successful candidate will manage and support comprehensive HR functions, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and alignment with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy and Compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international labor laws.
- Regularly review and update company policies to reflect changes in labor laws and industry standards.
Compensation and Benchmarking
- Conduct salary benchmarking analyses to maintain competitive compensation packages in alignment with market standards.
Recruitment and Hiring
- Manage recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, evaluation, job offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Onboarding and Training
- Oversee preboarding, orientation, and training programs for new employees.
Performance Management
- Conduct employee appraisals and performance reviews following global guidelines.
Payroll and Resignations
- Oversee payroll calculations and manage employee resignation processes.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues, handle labor disputes, and provide guidance to employees and management.
HR Systems and Reporting
- Maintain HR systems for tracking key metrics and generating reports on HR operations and employee statistics.
Expatriate Management
- Manage expatriate assignments, including compensation, benefits, and relocation, along with local registration processes (My Number, city registration, etc.).
Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business units, immigration, payroll, legal, and other teams.
- Manage asset inventory and offer administrative support to local staff and expatriates.
Additional Tasks
- Perform any additional HR and administrative tasks as required to support the HR function.
