As an HR Consultant (Associate Principal Consultant), you will be responsible for managing and supporting comprehensive HR functions, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and alignment with organizational standards. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting salary benchmarking, managing recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding and training programs, conducting performance reviews, managing payroll and resignations, handling employee relations issues, maintaining HR systems, managing expatriate assignments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Job Description

The successful candidate will manage and support comprehensive HR functions, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and alignment with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy and Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with local, national, and international labor laws.
  • Regularly review and update company policies to reflect changes in labor laws and industry standards.

Compensation and Benchmarking

  • Conduct salary benchmarking analyses to maintain competitive compensation packages in alignment with market standards.

Recruitment and Hiring

  • Manage recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, evaluation, job offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

Onboarding and Training

  • Oversee preboarding, orientation, and training programs for new employees.

Performance Management

  • Conduct employee appraisals and performance reviews following global guidelines.

Payroll and Resignations

  • Oversee payroll calculations and manage employee resignation processes.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues, handle labor disputes, and provide guidance to employees and management.

HR Systems and Reporting

  • Maintain HR systems for tracking key metrics and generating reports on HR operations and employee statistics.

Expatriate Management

  • Manage expatriate assignments, including compensation, benefits, and relocation, along with local registration processes (My Number, city registration, etc.).

Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business units, immigration, payroll, legal, and other teams.
  • Manage asset inventory and offer administrative support to local staff and expatriates.

Additional Tasks

  • Perform any additional HR and administrative tasks as required to support the HR function.
