Tripledot is seeking an HR Director to help build the organization and people capability by working with teams, managers, and key stakeholders. This role involves shaping and implementing effective people strategies and activities within the organization by collaborating with internal and external centers of expertise. The HR Director will support designated business areas in developing people strategies aligned with business aims and objectives, and work with the wider HR team, business, and employees to co-create people products and initiatives. The position requires planning, forecasting, and brokering HR activity, facilitating change and transformation discussions, and delivering products that encourage employee development. Additionally, the role involves working with leaders to identify and develop talent, define people priorities, provide business and HR insights, and own the employee lifecycle and key people practices. A hands-on approach, ability to challenge leaders, and experience in multicultural teams are essential.
