BOT VFX, a post-production services company with global clients, is looking for a HR Executive on a permanent role basis. The position is based out of Pune, India.


Eligibility Criteria

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human resources 
  • Educational qualification- MBA/MSW from Management school is preferred 
  • IT industry recruitment expertise are preferred 
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Rich experience in people management
  • Strong in Conflict management and resolution
  • Willingness to travel for official purpose (if required)

Talent Acquisition

  • Requirement fulfilment 
  • Advertise – Social media, Campaigns, Walkins, Job portal, Mail-chimp, Internal, Institute connects, Alumni connects, Consultants, website
  • Finding new people/ Sourcing – Jobsoid, emails, Employee referrals, 
  • Interview – Telephonic/ skype, Face to face, Tech Test – Result – Selection, HR final round
  • Offer closure – Offer & Negotiation – acceptance – Document verification – Offer mail
  • Preboarding – Machine Requisition & space allocation, Intimation- IT-HOD-Production-Core-Admin, Employee file Generation & Handing over to TM, 

Talent Management

  • Onboarding- New Joinee Formalities – Induction – Collection of documents – ESS account/biometric – Department Intro – Training – Database management, NDA, Offer letter, Affidavit 
  • Employee file – Resume-Interview, KYC, Educational. Previous company, NDA/Affidavit, Appraisal including letter, Any other, Check list, Employee details, Proof of Verification, Accessibility & Access policy
  • Appraisal process
  • Consultant to Employee Formalities, Performance feedback from HOD & Production, Feedback & Confirmation of employment, PF/ESI, NDA, Offer letter
  • Any other – Bonafide, Internship letter, Bills & Reimbursement, Logistics
  • ESS – Leave management, Attendance
  • Exit process
