Job Summary

As an HR Generalist, you will be the central point for HR operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all team members. Your responsibilities will include managing employment documents, benefits plans, HR tech stack optimization, and designing onboarding/offboarding experiences. You will collaborate with various teams, champion company culture, support expats, and partner with Finance for payroll, ensuring employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work.

Must Have

  • Handle employment-related documents (contracts, letters, legal documents).
  • Manage benefits plans, including private health insurance.
  • Maintain and optimize HR tech stack (Workday, Lattice, Officevibe).
  • Design and deliver onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners and Talent Acquisition on employee-focused projects.
  • Champion company culture and values through People team initiatives.
  • Support expats with visas and daily needs.
  • Partner with Finance for accurate and timely payroll.
  • Demonstrate detail-orientation and organizational skills for smooth, accurate, and efficient processes.
  • Exhibit empathy, approachability, and proactivity in interactions with people.
  • Be comfortable and proficient with HR systems.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with expats and visa processes.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Lattice, or Officevibe.
  • A track record of shaping onboarding/offboarding programs that leave a lasting impression.

You’ll be the go-to person who keeps our HR operations running smoothly and ensures that every team member has a seamless and engaging experience. From benefits and contracts to onboarding and culture, you’ll make sure our people feel supported and empowered to do their best work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with Finance to deliver accurate and timely payroll.

You’ll be part of our People team, closely collaborating with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, and Finance. You’ll also connect daily with employees across the company as the go-to person for support and solutions (and a friendly face :D).
