Job Description

The HR Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process for internships and fresher roles, including sourcing candidates via job portals and LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting initial HR screening calls, and scheduling interviews. This role also involves maintaining recruitment trackers, assisting with employer branding activities like social media posts and campus campaigns, and supporting onboarding and documentation for new hires. The intern will contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives and gain practical exposure to recruitment strategies and HR operations within a collaborative HR team. The company provides hands-on experience with modern HR tools and platforms.
Must have:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
  • Assist in employer branding activities (e.g., social media posts, campus campaigns)
  • Support onboarding and documentation activities for new joiners
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with job portals or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
