- Ensure compliance with applicable NOMs for Fire Protection Systems (SCI).
- Manage internal and external building security (Alarms, CCTV, Alerting, security procedures).
- Implement C-TPAT certification security procedures.
- Ensure safety of plant personnel and visitors.
- Issue high-risk work permits.
- Administer on-site contracted security service.
- Monitor operation and maintenance of plant security systems.
- Keep emergency plans, evacuation maps, and plant risks updated.
- Administer theft prevention program and procedures.
- Provide training to employees on C-TPAT, fire brigades, and fleet vehicle use.
- Communicate with local authorities and command for event and incident monitoring.
- Coordinate drills and evacuations.
- Administer fleet vehicles.

General Functions
a. Administer the contracted security service on site.
b. Monitor the correct operation and maintenance of the plant's security systems (CCTV, Fire Protection System, Alarms, Surveillance, Emergencies, Alerting).
c. Keep emergency plans, evacuation plans, and plant risks updated.
d. Administer the theft prevention program and procedures.
e. Provide training and instruction to employees on topics related to C-TPAT certification, fire brigades, and the use of fleet vehicles.
f. Communication with local authorities and command for monitoring events and incidents.
g. Coordination of drills and evacuations.
