Revenue is responsible for the sales and revenue operations of the organization. Activities include the operation of the sales departments (ad sales, retail sales), order fulfilment, forming and maintaining strategic partnerships and key accounts, and consistently looking for areas of opportunity for robust business growth. Sales Operations are responsible for the sales planning activities. Activities include business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships; pricing research and strategy, including network cost/pricing, competitor analysis, etc.; brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standards; e-commerce strategy, planning and management, including merchant development and support. This sub-family includes sales analysts, operations, and strategy. Individual contributor that typically performs routine clerical, administrative or technical support work
