You’ll be part of a global group assisting our breadth of customers with the technical details of how they use Decagon. Working directly with leaders across industries such as finance, healthcare, and hospitality, you’ll design reliable, intuitive AI agents that solve real-world user needs.
This is a highly technical role married with the ability to deeply comprehend our customers workflows. You’re responsible, both; for solving our customers thorniest technical issues as they arise and for implementing new functionality and growing Decagon use inside of our existing customers.
