Job Description

As the ISR Team Lead, you will handle inbound leads, helping prospects find the right solutions, while also guiding, mentoring, and supporting the day-to-day activities of other Inbound Sales Representatives. You will serve as a go-to resource for questions, assist with onboarding and training, provide process guidance, and support performance tracking while continuing to offer an exceptional experience for our customers and prospects. Approximately 40% of the time will be dedicated to individual contributor responsibilities, including handling inbound leads via various channels, qualifying prospects, communicating product value, and maintaining records in Salesforce.
Must Have:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for ISR team questions or escalations.
  • Help onboard and train new ISRs; provide coaching and peer development support.
  • Monitor team activity dashboards and help drive accountability to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Assist with process documentation, team communications, and lead routing improvements.
  • Partner with the Inbound Sales Manager on performance tracking and identifying coaching opportunities.
  • Support lead quality reviews and collaborate with Performance Marketing on ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Provide coverage and support during team lead absences or high-volume periods.
  • Handle inbound leads through web, phone, email, and chat.
  • Qualify prospects based on defined lead qualification criteria.
  • Effectively communicate product value and route qualified opportunities to the correct sales channel.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce and other tools.
  • Develop deep product knowledge across our portfolio to support prospect needs.
  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years experience in sales or customer service.

Target Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
