Your responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for customers with technical questions and quality complaints and ensure correct and timely follow-up.
• You research and advise on technical specifications (such as reference numbers, alternatives, etc.) and support customers and colleagues in finding the right parts.
• You handle quality complaints and questions and ensure smooth processing.
• You act as a link between the customer and the Helpdesk Electronics and correctly register all necessary information in Salesforce.
• You take over more complex technical questions from Customer Care and meticulously follow up on requests, quotes, licenses, and orders.
• You guide customers in using our eCommerce platform and teach them how to look up parts themselves.
• You identify opportunities for cross- and upselling and proactively contact customers where necessary.
• You actively participate in projects and contribute to the quality of the results.
• You support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to constructive cooperation between teams.

Your profile

• You have a strong technical background, preferably in automotive mechanics, hydraulics, or electromechanics.
• You are fluent in Dutch (native level), have a good knowledge of French, and can express yourself comfortably in English.
• You are strong in communication, socially skilled, and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a mature, eager-to-learn attitude and are flexible in an environment that is constantly changing.
• Experience in a technical environment is a plus.
