The MOIRANS site, with 150 employees, develops and manufactures LCD visualization systems for aircraft and helicopter cockpits. Within the Industrial Methods department (~20 people), your main missions consist of:
- Providing technical support for production, training Team Leaders, and certifying operators
- Monitoring manufacturing equipment and key process parameters
- Optimizing processes: definition and management of technical batches, equipment parameterization, in conjunction with production results analysis, SPC, PFMEA
- Maintaining the manufacturing file and controlling its area of activity.
- Participating in the construction, execution, and analysis of problem-solving plans in your area of expertise
You will work in close collaboration with the Production team (operators, team leaders, production managers) as well as the Development, Logistics, Maintenance, Methods, Monitoring, Product, and Quality teams to successfully complete all missions.
- Holder of a BAC+5 degree, you have confirmed experience in the industrial sector and in a clean room environment
- You enjoy teamwork and are accustomed to interacting with all types of internal and external stakeholders (production, subcontractors, suppliers…)
- Your open-mindedness allows you to connect product performance with production issues
- Autonomous and committed, you are not afraid of concrete or technical tasks to be proactive.
- Do you like to capitalize on your good interpersonal skills to train production staff?
- Knowledge in materials chemistry (glue, resin, ...), microelectronics, or aeronautics would be a plus.
