Job Description
This role requires a candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills, along with experience in pre-sales, troubleshooting, or implementation. The ideal candidate should also possess prior experience in voice-based technical support and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Key skills include experience in Switching, Routing & Wireless, specifically with Cisco Wireless Products (WLC, AP, MSE, CMX, Prime Infrastructure). A basic understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards, 802.1x, and Wi-Fi is essential. Knowledge of routing and switching protocols/technologies such as IGP, OSPF, EGP, BGP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, and VXLAN-EVPN is also required. Furthermore, experience with Cisco Routing and Switching Platforms like Cisco ISR/ASR, Catalyst, and Meraki is needed.
