Essential:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Prior Pre-Sales, Troubleshooting or Implementation experience
Prior experience of Voice based technical support

Key Skills Required:
• Experience in Switching, Routing & Wireless
• Experience with Cisco Wireless Products - WLC (Wireless LAN Controllers), Access Points (AP), MSE, CMX, Prime Infrastructure (PI) etc
• Basic understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards (a, b, g), 802.1x, Wi-Fi
• Knowledge on Routing and Switching Protocols/Technologies like IGP, OSPF, EGP, BGP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, VXLAN-EVPN
• Knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching Platforms like Cisco ISR/ASR, Catalyst, Meraki
