Job Description

This role involves identifying new business opportunities by reviewing marketing channels and proactively acquiring leads. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct sales and consulting calls via phone, email, or video, including product presentations, with existing and potential new customers. Regular sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce are essential to track success. The role requires leading value-oriented conversations within sales campaigns, building customer relationships, and trust through active listening and a solution-oriented approach.
Must have:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities (leads).
  • Proactively acquire new leads and analyze customer needs.
  • Conduct sales and consulting calls (phone, email, video) with product presentations.
  • Track sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Lead value-oriented sales campaigns and build customer trust.
  • Successfully completed commercial training.
  • Experience in a comparable activity.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office products and an ERP system.
  • CRM affinity.

Your tasks

  • You identify new business opportunities (leads) by reviewing and processing incoming marketing channels and activities.
  • You also independently acquire new leads by analyzing the needs and challenges with our existing customers and qualify incoming leads for the field staff.
  • You look forward to sales and consulting calls via phone, email, or video calls with existing or potential new customers, including small product presentations.
  • You regularly track your sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to measure your success.
  • You are able to conduct value-oriented conversations as part of a sales campaign and build customer loyalty and trust through active listening and your solution-oriented approach.
