Job Description

As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you will drive sales within your territory by leveraging your understanding of business, financials, and customer needs. This role involves in-depth negotiations with higher autonomy to close deals, managing key customer relationships, and providing accurate sales forecasts. You will also identify market opportunities, handle complex sales, gather customer feedback, and mentor junior sales staff, collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must have:

  • Act as a mentor and trainer for junior sales staff.

  • Implement and refine sales techniques tailored to customer needs.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a mid-market to enterprise field sales role.

Job Details

This is a permanent remote role with travel required. We are looking to grow our current North America team and have several opportunities available for skilled individuals to join our team. Candidate can be located in most states across the U.S. and Canada.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will leverage your solid understanding of business, financials, and customer needs to drive sales within your territory. With a higher level of authority in negotiations, you will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers.

  • Market Knowledge: Comprehensive awareness of market dynamics and trends.

Travel:

  • Ability to travel 30% on a monthly basis to meet with prospective customers.
