We are looking for a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This position will be based in Mexico City. It is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This role is part of a dynamic team responsible for managing client insurance processes, including handling claims, policy updates, and ensuring fluid communication with insurance providers. Your role will be to review and process insurance transactions, provide excellent customer service, and support the team in daily operations.

You will have:

• Handling client inquiries and guidance on life GMM insurance procedures.
• Reviewing and processing policy changes, such as additions and cancellations.
• Managing insurance claims and ensuring correct documentation and system entry.
• Collaborating with insurance providers to resolve issues and confirm policy details.
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
• Supporting team members with administrative tasks and process improvements.

What you need to have:

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in insurance operations or related fields.
• Proficiency in Office tools, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, customer orientation, and empathy.
