  • Effectively present the Integral Solution to decision-makers with deep product knowledge.
  • Manage and report sales activities and academic information in NEXUS.
  • Analyze market potential, project sales, and monitor competitive landscape.
  • Design tailored commercial proposals based on school educational projects and needs.
  • Coordinate academic presentations, manage quotes, contracts, orders, and payments.
  • Proficiency in Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong planning, time management, writing, strategic thinking, and process management skills.

Position Objective

The Integral Solution (SI) Sales Representative is responsible for executing the commercial plan in their assigned zone, focusing on private schools at preschool, primary, secondary, and young adult levels. Their work includes retaining user schools by implementing the Integral Solution (SI), managing administrative aspects, and collaborating with the academic team to ensure training and follow-up. Additionally, they identify opportunities in new schools, develop personalized proposals, and close contracts to meet the company's sales objectives.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the school visit plan in the assigned zone, identifying sales opportunities and developing personalized commercial strategies.
  • Comply with all phases of the commercial plan: prospecting, presentations, quotes, and contract closing, aligning with company objectives.
  • Apply the Sales Model in interviews with decision-makers, effectively presenting the Integral Solution (SI).
  • Deeply understand the Integral Solution model to ensure impactful presentations aligned with each institution's needs.
  • Plan and record daily and weekly activities in the NEXUS tool, keeping commercial and academic information updated.
  • Manage sample inventory, petty cash, and the car logbook, complying with processes established by the Sales Management.
  • Analyze the growth potential of their zone, make sales projections, and present comparative results with the competition.
  • Identify each school's educational project and its explicit needs to design aligned commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate academic presentations with consultants, ensuring that educational projects respond to institutional requirements.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes by grade and level, making adjustments according to client objections or needs.
  • Manage legal documentation for contract drafting and signing, explaining clauses and resolving doubts.
  • Report weekly progress of commercial opportunities through NEXUS and internal reports.
  • Coordinate orders and reorders to ensure timely deliveries and under the conditions agreed with each school.
  • Monitor sales of academic packages, supporting schools in tracking enrollments and returns.
  • Send purchase reports generated by Amazon to schools, identifying reorder needs.
  • Schedule academic implementation meetings with consultants, facilitating training and follow-up for teachers.
  • Support the enablement of digital platforms, collaborating with the digital consultant in loading formats.
  • Follow up on payments and returns in coordination with the credit and collections area, ensuring the closing of accounts receivable.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Finished or unfinished Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in field sales and consultative sales.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission car.
  • Reside in Mexico City or Metropolitan Area.
  • Availability to travel within Mexico City and Metropolitan Area.
  • Office Suite proficiency - Excel knowledge with pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Planning and time management.
  • Excellent writing and spelling.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Process management.
  • Constant evaluation of results.
