The Integral Solution (SI) Sales Representative is responsible for executing the commercial plan in their assigned zone, focusing on private schools at preschool, primary, secondary, and young adult levels. Their work includes retaining user schools by implementing the Integral Solution (SI), managing administrative aspects, and collaborating with the academic team to ensure training and follow-up. Additionally, they identify opportunities in new schools, develop personalized proposals, and close contracts to meet the sales objectives established by the company.
Must Have:
  • Execute the commercial plan in the assigned zone, focusing on private schools.
  • Maintain user schools through Integral Solution (SI) implementation.
  • Identify opportunities in new schools and close contracts.
  • Manage administrative aspects and collaborate with the academic team.
  • Deep knowledge of the Integral Solution model.
  • Plan and record daily and weekly activities in the NEXUS tool.
  • At least 5 years of experience in field sales and consultative sales.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a standard transmission car.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel with pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Strong planning, time management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent writing, spelling, and process management.

Position Objective

The Integral Solution (SI) Sales Representative is responsible for executing the commercial plan in their assigned zone, focusing on private schools at preschool, primary, secondary, and young adult levels. Their work includes retaining user schools by implementing the Integral Solution (SI), managing administrative aspects, and collaborating with the academic team to ensure training and follow-up. Additionally, they identify opportunities in new schools, develop personalized proposals, and close contracts to meet the sales objectives established by the company.

Functions and responsibilities:

  • Execute the plan of visits to schools in the assigned zone, identifying sales opportunities and developing personalized commercial strategies.
  • Comply with all phases of the commercial plan: prospecting, presentations, quotes, and contract closing, aligning with the company's objectives.
  • Apply the Sales Model in interviews with decision-makers, effectively presenting the Integral Solution (SI).
  • Deeply understand the Integral Solution model to ensure impactful presentations aligned with the needs of each institution.
  • Plan and record daily and weekly activities in the NEXUS tool, keeping commercial and academic information updated.
  • Administer sample inventory, petty cash, and the car logbook, complying with the processes established by the Sales Management.
  • Analyze the growth potential of their zone, make sales projections, and present comparative results with the competition.
  • Identify the educational project of each school and its explicit needs, to design aligned commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate academic presentations with consultants, ensuring that educational projects respond to institutional requirements.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes by grade and level, making adjustments according to customer objections or needs.
  • Manage legal documentation for the preparation and signing of contracts, explaining clauses and resolving doubts.
  • Report weekly progress of commercial opportunities through NEXUS and internal reports.
  • Coordinate orders and reorders to ensure timely deliveries and under the agreed conditions with each school.
  • Monitor academic package sales, supporting schools in tracking enrollments and returns.
  • Send purchase reports generated by Amazon to schools, identifying replenishment needs.
  • Schedule academic implementation meetings with consultants, facilitating training and follow-up for teachers.
  • Support in enabling digital platforms, collaborating with the digital consultant in loading formats.
  • Follow up on payments and returns in coordination with the credit and collections area, ensuring the closing of accounts receivable.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in field sales and consultative sales.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a standard transmission car.
  • Reside in Monterrey, Mty.
  • Availability to travel within the northern region of the country.
  • Office Suite proficiency - Excel knowledge with pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Planning and time management.
  • Excellent writing and spelling.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Process management.
