Intern - Events Team (M/F/X)

As an Events Team Intern, you will directly collaborate with Event Managers to organize various events, including webinars, seminars, conferences, trade shows, VIP dinners, and internal events for clients and prospects. Must Have

• Organize web conferences in collaboration with the Event Manager
• Participate in the organization of various events (seminars, conferences, trade shows, VIP dinners, internal events)
• Manage retro-planning
• Manage invitation campaigns with CRM
• Develop communication briefs and follow up on creation (email, flyers, roll-ups, invitations)
• Organize logistics (manage providers, budgets, venue and goodies search)
• Manage tools for participant registration and live stream broadcasting
• Measure feedback and analyze results (ROI)

Job Description

In direct collaboration with the Event Managers, you will participate in the end-to-end organization of various events: webinars, seminars, conferences, trade shows, VIP dinners, internal events… for our clients and prospects, real estate agencies. Don't know real estate? Don't panic!

On a daily basis, your missions will be as follows:

• Organization of web conferences in close collaboration with the Event Manager
• Participation in the organization of various events (seminars, conferences, trade shows, VIP dinners, internal events,…)
• Management of retro-planning
• Management of invitation campaigns in collaboration with the CRM
• Development of briefs for the creation of communication materials, and follow-up of creation (email, flyers, roll-ups, invitations, …)
• Logistical organization (management of providers, budgets, search for venues and goodies,…)
• Management of tools dedicated to participant registration and live stream broadcasting
• Measurement of feedback and analysis of results (ROI)

Qualifications

• Bac+4 or higher education in Business, Event Management or Communication School
• Looking for an end-of-study internship
• Possessing a good sense of organization and anticipation
• You are always in search of excellence and like to see projects through to completion.
• Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and an outstanding communicator, you enjoy working in a team and know how to adapt to your various interlocutors.
• A taste for challenge, proactivity, rigor, and adaptability are among your qualities
• Curious, creative, with a strong interest in digital and lifestyle / you are aware of trends and proactive in suggesting ideas
• You already have a first internship experience in events.
