Internal Sales Advisor

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be the primary contact for customers, managing all current affairs, creating and following up on offers and orders, and actively negotiating and promoting products. You will also handle complaints, identify customer needs, provide technical advice, and manage stock levels, while actively participating in promotions and regional actions.

Must Have

• Register and deal with complaints, ensuring good follow-up
• Identify customer needs, give technical advice, and offer products
• Actively use promotions and contribute to regional actions
• Manage stock level
• Experience in a customer-focused position
• Relevant technical knowledge (mechanics, hydraulics)
• Fluent knowledge of Romanian and good level of English

Your responsibilities

• You are the primary contact for customers for all current affairs
• You create offers and orders and follow these up actively: negotiating, arguing and promoting products.
• You register and deal with complaints and provide a good follow-up.
• You identify needs of the prospects/customers, you give technical advice, and offer our products.
• You actively use promotions, actions, product of the week and help think about the elaboration of regional actions.
• You manage the stock level.
