Job Description

Within the Products Services Delivery (PSD) department of the Customer Support and Services (SSC) domain, you will join the Identification, Navigation and Naval (I2N) equipment support service as a continuous improvement correspondent. Within a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 35 people, your missions include identifying sources of improvement, implementing actions to optimize service performance and customer satisfaction, deploying the continuous improvement approach on the I2N platform, assisting teams in document digitalization, and facilitating work sessions to deploy PSD transformations and harmonize practices between sites.

Must Have:
  • Bac+4/5 education in lean management and continuous improvement

In the Pays de la Loire region, our site specializes in the integration of identification equipment on aeronautical platforms and naval communication systems. The site's activity, primarily industrial, covers the entire product lifecycle, from the design phase to customer support.

Internship of 4 to 6 months

Within the Products Services Delivery (PSD) department of the Customer Support and Services (SSC) domain, you will join the Identification, Navigation and Naval (I2N) equipment support service as a continuous improvement correspondent.

Within a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 35 people, your missions are:

  • Identify sources of improvement and implement actions to optimize service performance and customer satisfaction, in conjunction with the Laval site correspondent.
  • Deploy the continuous improvement approach on the I2N platform, adapting visuals and operating modes to the specificities of the activity, aiming to reduce service durations, limit delays, and optimize flows.
  • Support teams in the digitalization of documents, proposing quick and effective solutions.
  • Facilitate work sessions (PDCA, A3) to deploy PSD transformations and promote the harmonization of practices between sites.

Your profile:

Are you a student in a Bac+4/5 program in lean management and continuous improvement looking for a technical internship or an end-of-study internship?

Do you master the tools PDCA, QQOQCP, 5 Whys, Pareto, A3?
