Our Power Delivery product line is the market leader in Resonant AC-DC converters—powering devices like PCs, gaming consoles, and TVs with cutting-edge efficiency. Now, we're expanding into the fast-growing electric automotive sector, focusing on onboard charging and high-voltage DC-DC conversion. We're at the forefront of developing highly efficient power conversion systems that drive sustainability and innovation. We take care of the whole development cycle, from the system level definition to the production of our ICs in the fabs.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and define area and power efficient Hardware Accelerator for Kalman Filters
• Implement a Proof-of-Concept IP module of the HW accelerator
• Integrate the new IP into an existing FPGA-based Power Converter demonstrator

Your profile

• Master of Science - last year of engineer school – Microelectronics/ Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of hardware description languages (VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog)
• Basic knowledge of digital design and verification flow
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (eg Tcl, Python)
• Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing is an addition
• Experience with Cadence design environment is a plus
• Experience with mixed-signal designs, power electronics is a plus
• Good level of English is required (attendance to meetings / presentations with international team, reading and writing of documentation)

Duration

This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) with a duration of 6 months or longer. The assignment could also be suitable as a thesis/graduation project. Please note that in order to be considered for an internship/working student assignment, you need to be registered as a student during the entire period.
