Your daily life

The Brest site hosts our digital services activities as well as Thales' expertise in development, integration, and maintenance for maritime patrol and surveillance systems, electronic warfare, sonar systems, and airborne anti-submarine warfare, as well as our digital services activities.

You will join the Performance Transformation and Lean team and contribute to the management of progress initiatives under the responsibility of the Activity Manager within a team of approximately 10 people.

In this context, your missions are as follows:

• Lead an improvement project (kaizen, 5S, visual management, SMED, etc.) focused on our bottlenecks.
• Respond to operational requests from the field (HSE, gemba, workshop solicitations).
• Be the relay for the 5S approach within the line.
• Participate in the Lean network of the Brest Industrial Competence Center.

Your profile

Do you want to actively contribute to industrial performance?

Is your priority to develop your skills in Lean methods and project management?

You are in BUT, license or equivalent in a technical field such as electronics, mechanics or industrial production, and you have the following skills:

• Knowledge of Lean approaches and tools in production;
• Interest in the world of production;
• Ability to analyze processes and manage continuous improvement projects.

Adaptability, rigor, proactivity, and good interpersonal skills are assets that are recognized in you?
