Job Description
We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Agency Partnership Department. The ideal candidate is proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint), skilled in online information retrieval, and highly organized and systematic.

We are looking for two people to join us for a 6-month paid internship (time commitment to be determined).
Responsibilities
- Support in achieving sales goals:
- Assisting in preparing offer presentations and sales materials (PowerPoint)
- Support in preparing summaries and analyses of sales data in Excel
- Help with current CRM operations (data entry, updating customer information)
- Performing ongoing tasks supporting the team in achieving goals
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with business partners:
- Assisting in preparing materials for meetings with clients (Media Houses, Advertising Agencies)
- Support in organizing business events and meetings (e.g., Product Road Shows)
- Help with communication with partners (e.g., gathering information, preparing short emails)
- Support in developing and delivering advertising solutions:
- Gathering data and market information for creating offers
- Help with research and analysis of trends in digital marketing and the advertising industry
- Support in preparing initial drafts of offers and solution proposals
- Support in monitoring and optimizing campaign implementation:
- Help with collecting and aggregating data on campaign progress
- Support in preparing reports on activity implementation
- Assisting in operational handling of campaigns (e.g., data verification, documentation organization)
- Deepening industry market knowledge:
- Independent searching and analyzing information about the digital marketing market and the advertising industry
- Participation in internal training and team meetings
- Support in preparing and organizing internal knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in digital interfaces and ability to effectively search online content.
- Very good work organization and systematic approach.
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge, openness to asking questions and seeking new challenges.
- Communicativeness and proactivity.
- Interest in the digital advertising market and willingness to develop in sales.
