The position is independent, requiring direct responsibility for building and developing strategic partnerships in close collaboration with other departments.

Strategic Partnership Director is responsible for building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key clients of the company. This role involves generating revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and creating customized, tailored solutions for clients at every organizational level – from sales departments, through middle management, up to the board. The position is independent – the person in this role is directly responsible for building and developing strategic partnerships, working closely with other departments of the organization. The Strategic Partnership Director will be responsible for: * Managing a portfolio of strategic clients: Identifying needs, monitoring satisfaction, solving problems. * Generating revenue: Leading negotiations and finalizing contracts, identifying new areas of cooperation, creating and implementing initiatives that increase business value for both parties. * Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining long-term, partnership relationships with key clients. * Designing client-tailored solutions: Close cooperation with internal teams (product, marketing, technology) to develop and implement personalized proposals that meet partners' needs. * Representing the company: Active participation in industry events, conferences, and business meetings; building RASP's image as a reliable and innovative partner. * Mentoring: Although the position is individual, we expect the candidate to actively co-create a culture of cooperation – sharing expert knowledge, inspiring others, and supporting competence development within the organization. ## What experience are we looking for? * Expert marketing and media background Experience gained in a media house, creative agency, digital publishing house, or in the marketing department of a large brand. We are looking for a person with an expert understanding of digital marketing, online media, and building media strategies, with knowledge and experience allowing for the creation of integrated media strategies and effective brand communication. * Sales of comprehensive marketing solutions Practice in constructing and selling offers that go beyond classic campaigns or advertising space sales; ability to combine content, data, and technology into solutions that meet the client's strategic goals. * Documented successes in cooperation with key B2B/B2C clients We are looking for an expert in digital media, content marketing, and data-driven campaigns, where the results directly translated into business outcomes. * Experience working at C-level Ability and experience to build relationships and conduct strategic conversations with the boards of the largest companies, ability to build trust based on expert knowledge. * Project management skills Practice in planning, coordination, and implementing end-to-end projects, and in managing schedules and business priorities. ## What characteristics are we looking for? * Ability to build strategic relationships - creating and maintaining lasting partnerships with client stakeholders (C-level, marketing, agencies, product owners), basing cooperation on trust and common business goals. * Proactiveness and independence - initiating key undertakings and consistently delivering results; effective action in conditions of high autonomy. * Proactivity and business goal orientation - strong internal motivation, treating client relationships as partnership projects, not single tasks to be performed. * Creativity in creating solutions - ability to combine content, data, and technology, enabling the creation of non-standard and innovative paths of cooperation. * Team spirit - positive energy, supporting others, and building an atmosphere of cooperation, not competition. * Professionalism and high personal culture
