Strategic Partnership Director is responsible for building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key clients of the company. This role involves generating revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and creating customized, tailored solutions for clients at every organizational level – from sales departments, through middle management, up to the board. The position is independent – the person in this role is directly responsible for building and developing strategic partnerships, working closely with other departments of the organization. The Strategic Partnership Director will be responsible for: * Managing a portfolio of strategic clients: Identifying needs, monitoring satisfaction, solving problems. * Generating revenue: Leading negotiations and finalizing contracts, identifying new areas of cooperation, creating and implementing initiatives that increase business value for both parties. * Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining long-term, partnership relationships with key clients. * Designing client-tailored solutions: Close cooperation with internal teams (product, marketing, technology) to develop and implement personalized proposals that meet partners' needs. * Representing the company: Active participation in industry events, conferences, and business meetings; building RASP's image as a reliable and innovative partner. * Mentoring: Although the position is individual, we expect the candidate to actively co-create a culture of cooperation – sharing expert knowledge, inspiring others, and supporting competence development within the organization. ## What experience are we looking for? * Expert marketing and media background Experience gained in a media house, creative agency, digital publishing house, or in the marketing department of a large brand.
