In this role, you will manage the reception, handle national and international guests, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, connect people, assist new colleagues with onboarding, manage phone calls and guest registrations, maintain order and cleanliness, and support employee events.
Must Have:
  • Ideally several years of experience at a hotel reception or in a comparable position
  • Professional and very friendly demeanor
  • Fluent German and good English skills for small talk
  • Extremely service-oriented and enjoy representing the company as a first point of contact
  • Organized, flexible, independent way of working, and high reliability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools after appropriate training

What you will move with us:

  • You are responsible for our reception and the care of our national and international guests
  • You ensure a smooth process during check-in and check-out
  • You recognize various concerns and help connect people as a first point of contact
  • You are the first point of contact for our new colleagues and assist with onboarding
  • You answer phone calls and process guest registrations
  • You take responsibility for the order and cleanliness of our reception and media counters
  • You support the execution of employee events

What you bring:

  • Ideally, you already have several years of experience at a hotel reception or in a comparable position
  • You impress with a professional and very friendly demeanor
  • You speak fluent German and have good English skills, so small talk is not a challenge for you
  • You are extremely service-oriented and enjoy presenting our company as the first point of contact for our visitors
  • You are organized, flexible, and have an independent way of working as well as high reliability
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools is not a problem for you after appropriate training
