What you will move with us:
- You are responsible for our reception and the care of our national and international guests
- You ensure a smooth process during check-in and check-out
- You recognize various concerns and help connect people as a first point of contact
- You are the first point of contact for our new colleagues and assist with onboarding
- You answer phone calls and process guest registrations
- You take responsibility for the order and cleanliness of our reception and media counters
- You support the execution of employee events
What you bring:
- Ideally, you already have several years of experience at a hotel reception or in a comparable position
- You impress with a professional and very friendly demeanor
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills, so small talk is not a challenge for you
- You are extremely service-oriented and enjoy presenting our company as the first point of contact for our visitors
- You are organized, flexible, and have an independent way of working as well as high reliability
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools is not a problem for you after appropriate training
