What you will move with us:
- You are responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and implementation of journalistic and economic-political conferences, dinner formats, award ceremonies, and similar formats.
- You take over the management of all stakeholders, including editorial, internal event agency (PACE), communication, public affairs, and marketing, as well as the selection and leadership of external service providers.
- You are responsible for the budget with revenue and cost controlling, annual planning, forecast, and reporting.
- You further develop existing formats and develop new event concepts, from the idea to operational excellence.
- You create efficient synergies between print, digital, and TV for a successful 360-degree event strategy.
- You are responsible for the conception and implementation of B2B and B2C marketing measures for event promotion.
- You take over personnel leadership and resource management of the project managers in your team.
What you bring:
- You have several years of professional experience in event, conference, or project management with leadership and budget responsibility.
- You have the ability to manage complex projects, set priorities, and deliver results on time.
- You are convincing in stakeholder management and communicate confidently with internal and external partners.
- You bring a high affinity for business and political journalism topics and a feel for brand staging.
- You are creative, organized, and act with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- Your German and English language skills are very good, both written and spoken.
- You are flexible in your working hours.
