Internship in Systems Development

This position is on-site at our Pinhais unit.

Summary

Assist in the support and development of software and configurations necessary for processing input files, archives, and reports required for the personalization operation of smart cards (Smart Cards) intended for use in GSM ("chip") and Banking EMV (credit cards with chip), providing technical support and liaison between the production floor and the Engineering technical area.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in defining, planning, and implementing new system projects (Software) in the factory, with the purpose of solving production problems that create restrictions to desired objectives, bringing new technologies, aiming to comply with the logical security standards established by the company;
• Assist in carrying out the necessary requests to maintain corporate and local software and tools already developed to adapt to new needs;
• Assist in providing immediate solutions for production problems and suggesting improvements in the personalization process;
• Provide support in recording production attendances and given solutions;
• Assist in creating explanatory documents for the use and maintenance of developed software;
• Assist in training and qualifying users of the developed systems;
• Use established techniques and processes for project management and suggest new tools when applicable;
• Provide support in updating team documents and records.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Higher Education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Electronic Engineering.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages: C++ and/or C# (.NET) and/or Java and/or Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of Databases.
