Must Have
- 12+ years in financial strategy, business performance analysis, or productivity consulting.
- Strong expertise in activity-based costing and IT service delivery models.
- Analytical mindset with experience in transformation or performance optimization.
- Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and operational strategy execution.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, AI-driven analytics, and process automation.
Good to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or CPA.
- Certification in financial analysis or process optimization (e.g., CFA, Lean Six Sigma).

Job Description

- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies focused on productivity enhancement and cost optimization.
- Implement standardized processes and frameworks for IT service delivery to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, working with departments like Engineering, Service Delivery, Finance, and HR to align operational goals.
- Establish a robust performance tracking system, ensuring real-time visibility into operational KPIs.
- Define and track IT Service metrics, including SLA adherence, resource utilization, productivity benchmarks, and cost-efficiency indicators.
- Ensure operational alignment with industry best practices and evolving technological trends.
- Implement automation solutions and AI-driven analytics to improve IT Service delivery performance.
- Act as the bridge between business units, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence by fostering a data-driven culture and continuous improvement mindset.
- Develop comprehensive productivity measurement systems, ensuring optimal performance across teams.
- Identify key cost drivers, optimize financial resource allocation, and ensure maximum ROI from operational expenditures.
