【Job Description】
-To join Qualcomm Customer Engineering team and work with OEM/ODM to design & develop IoT devices based on Qualcomm platforms.
Customer Engineers are expected to:
-Understand every aspect of customers' requirements and designs.
-To communicate with internal product & development teams on any HW/SW design related issues/features from customer designs
To work with customers in resolving any feature development and product commercialization issues.
【Responsibilities】
- Support Qualcomm customers for design-win projects
- Help customers to understand Qualcomm voice/audio tuning, deliver the best quality of voice/audio within the project schedule
- Provide instructions and on-site support for customers to resolve voice/audio performance and quality issues quickly.
- Identify problems reported by customers, report Qualcomm bugs to development team and provide the analysis until the root cause are found and bugs are fixed
- Customer voice/audio project issue tracking and management
【Preferred Qualifications】
- 1 to 4 years of experience with Audio/Voice post processing modules tuning (DRC/IIR/Echo Cancellation/Noise Suppression)
- Familiar with ACQUA/Klippel measurement
- Experience with Qualcomm Fluence algorithms tuning for carrier requirement
- Candidates should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with on-target development and debugging in embedded environment
- Familiarity with Vodafone/AT&T/TMOUS carrier spec, tuning and analysis is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft TEAMS certification tuning and process.
- Digital signal processing expertise (digital filtering, echo cancellation, speech recognition)
- Experiences with or Knowledges of Qualcomm Audio/Voice Subsystem (such as microphone, codec, speaker design) in hardware / software are a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
