Job Description

This role involves comprehensive IR operations, including creating IR materials (financial results briefings, annual reports), preparing timely disclosure documents (financial statements, press releases), supporting equity story building, and preparing investor presentations. You will engage directly with institutional investors and analysts, sometimes using English, and manage financial results briefings and shareholder meetings. This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in communicating the growth story of a Japanese content company with high global market potential, directly communicate with management, and contribute to enhancing corporate value through dialogue with external stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Business experience (2+ years)
  • IR experience, or experience in corporate planning, public relations, or finance departments
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting (understanding of P/L and B/S) and practical application experience
Good to have:
  • Practical experience in English (guideline: TOEIC 700 points or higher)
  • Experience in equity story formulation and mid-term management plan document creation
  • Experience in ESG disclosure and integrated report creation
  • Experience leading from project planning to stakeholder coordination, progress management, and consensus building

You will be responsible for all IR operations.

Specific Job Content

  • Preparation of IR-related materials (financial results briefing materials, annual reports, etc.)
  • Preparation of timely disclosure materials (financial statements, press releases, etc.)
  • Support for equity story building
  • Preparation of presentation materials for investors, and hand-out materials for IR meetings
  • Correspondence with institutional investors and analysts (sometimes using English)
  • Planning and operation of financial results briefings
  • Support for shareholder meetings
  • Other incidental duties (competitor analysis, preparation of regular feedback materials, etc.)

No fixed term of contract (6-month probationary period, mandatory retirement at 60, re-employment system after retirement available)

Work Style

Fixed 9:30-18:00

  • Break time is 1 hour, taken alternately between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
  • According to our company regulations, different work styles may apply.
