Role: We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to help shape the external communications narrative for one of our business verticals. The ideal candidate will be a good writer and strong communicator, with experience in both the corporate and agency side of PR. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A prior stint in handling external communications in retail or quick commerce category will be a definite plus. Job Responsibilities * Work closely with the PR Lead and the other business stakeholders to close the PR calendar * Independently conceptualize and plan PR campaigns, analyze results and suggest improvements * Ensure end-to-end execution of the campaigns and announcements * Manage and track the output of the external agencies * Built strong cross-functional relationships both with internal and external stakeholders * Be an advisor to the leadership team and internal stakeholders on the right messaging, forums and channels to use * Create compelling stories using long form and various digital formats of writing Prerequisites: * A postgraduate degree or diploma in communications * Minimum 6-8 years experience in a corporate communications / public relations role * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Good understanding of the media landscape * Ability to identify and work with external partners and agencies * Should be able to multitask seamlessly and manage multiple projects * Good organizational and time-management skills * Must be a team player who is eager to learn and grow * Knowledge of the retail/quick commerce category will be an added advantage.
