Job Description

At Apple, the Environment, Policy, and Social Initiatives team drives innovation in social and environmental values. As Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement Manager - Values, you will manage and implement partnership and grant-based initiatives aligned with Apple’s values strategy. This role involves identifying external partnership opportunities to support Apple’s commitment to improving the world, collaborating with various internal and external teams, and tracking project performance metrics for leadership.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Passion for creating positive change in the world.
  • Relationship management experience with third-party groups and organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of the social responsibility landscape from the corporate, policy, and/or non-profit perspective.
  • Experience in project management and tracking progress towards key deliverables, ideally at a corporation, government agency, non-profit, academic institution, or foundation.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, resolving issues, building consensus, and working towards agreements.
  • Experience with social initiatives topics (such as education, community development, and the environment).
  • Experience working with grants or consultant contracts to deliver outstanding results on time and within budget.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong and positive relationships across the organization.
  • Experience interacting with interdisciplinary project teams and international partners.
  • Able to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment, and to rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a concise way to a non-technical audience, and vice versa.
  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales (i.e., checkpoints with long-term goals while completing shorter-term goals).
  • Experience with data visualization and data analysis.

As Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement Manager - Values, you will manage and drive the implementation of various partnership and grant-based initiatives that align with Apple’s values strategy and goals. In this role, you will identify external partnership opportunities that support Apple’s commitment to leaving the world better than we found it.

You will support Apple’s values-based stakeholder and partnership priorities and strategy development. Working across Apple, including with environmental and social initiatives, operations, procurement, finance, government affairs, and legal teams, you will champion, drive, and coordinate projects with partners around the world. You will collaborate with external organizations to execute on aligned initiatives, managing, tracking, and presenting project performance metrics to leadership.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
