Eneba is a fast growing company with its headquarters in Kaunas. There are over 250 enebians both in Lithuania and outside. All of whom need help, new hardware, updated permissions or need troubleshooting with a variety of software. We are now looking for a person who can administer our office IT systems, give internal support and make sure people are happy.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company security practices
Manage company hardware and software
Prepare computers and hardware for new employees
Assist in processes for onboarding and offboarding employees
Office network administration
Internal support with both hardware and software
Administer access and permissions to common software

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in office IT management or similar position
Needs to be at the Kaunas office 3 days a week
Strong structured communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working with complex system
Experience with Windows, Linux and OS X operating systems
Extraordinary teamwork skill
