Description

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the Universe. We are looking for a talented CRM Manager who will be responsible for push notifications, in-game mail and emails for players in Family Island game.

You will develop customer relationships, assist customer retention and drive the growth of revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to improve user engagement and achieve business KPIs
  • Manage and optimize communication channels (push notifications, emails, in-app messages) for effective CRM campaigns and user journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted and impactful CRM campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance data, maintain detailed reports and dashboards to measure success and identify insights for improving user engagement
  • Track, optimize, and enhance player engagement through effective segmentation and behavioral analysis
  • Create and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaign strategies and messaging, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns for maximum impact

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Initiative person who are creating new ideas and approaches
  • Proficient in analytics, comfortable working with large datasets
  • Proven track record of project execution and taking full ownership of projects
  • High-level proficiency in English
