Mentoring and motivating the team through defined activities, and exercises for better team bonding. Training new & junior team members for the process, technicalities, how to run & observe ads, best practices etc. Review/Feedback in hiring processes, annual performance reviews, termination, & promotions. First point of contact for new briefs/new projects from the client services team. Ensuring that each and every team member follows the defined SOP for all projects assigned.Project Management Key role in strategizing, planning & executing the agency's digital marketing objectives, with complete documentation. Ownership of planning and execution for all digital marketing activities as per assigned projects, including, but not limited to, SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, influencer marketing, digital pr etc., with complete documentation. Executing or supervising access & implementation process for adding users, defining roles, creating ad manager etc., for various projects. Brainstorm new & creative growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimize spendings & performance based on the insights, with complete documentation. Defining & monitoring ad budgets for optimal spending, effective ROIEnsure adequate funds are available across all digital marketing platforms to avoid ad campaings going on hold. Ensuring that the KPIs, and KRAs have been defined & reviewed for each project, as per the objective, with complete documentation. Setting up deadlines in collaboration with the team, and ensuring timely post scheduling, & ad execution. Handling projects independently, whenever required. Proposals Research & development of proposals for digital marketing inquiries. Client, Team & Third Party Liaisons Regular calls and meetings with clients to provide updates, collect feedback, build relationship, understand client’s strategic / growth plans and identify upsell opportunities Communicate directly with clients for deriving the brief, setting expectations, problem solving and reporting. Bimonthly brainstorming sessions with the digital marketing team, copywriters, client services for understanding client requirements & for new concept creation, themes or directions. Follow strategic direction for each project, while working collaboratively with copy, design & client services teams to achieve all defined objectives. Ensuring smooth inter-department communication & collaboration to ensure that all activities have been executed on time. Liaising with influencers, digital PR agencies and other vendors relevant to a client’s digital marketing strategy execution.
