In order to expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented

Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

    • Serve as the go-to person for all marketing-related matters, driving thought leadership, developing sales playbooks, and creating impactful customer stories through case studies and video.
    • Spearhead the planning and execution of community-building events, including onsite VR community days and informative webinars, to engage with customers and prospects.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to serve the platform/product and sales teams with valuable market insights, supporting business growth and strategy refinement. 
    • Foster seamless collaboration between various departments and manage relationships with freelancers and agencies to ensure effective marketing support across the board. 
    • Leverage expertise in account-based marketing (ABX) and solution marketing to tailor strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhancing brand presence and market share. 
    • Champion the marketing vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and enhancing our position in the market.

Your profile:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in complex B2B marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy development and execution. 
    • Solid background in solution marketing and account-based marketing (ABX), with the ability to craft tailored marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.  
    • Experience in the VR/AR, Life Sciences, or software development industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. 
    • Prior experience as a key player in marketing, showcasing the ability to adapt and lead in diverse business settings. 
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of providing market insights and supporting sales teams with actionable intelligence.  
    • Experience working in or with US-headquartered companies, with an understanding of the dynamics and expectations of high-growth companies considered a plus.
