Blue Yonder seeks an End-to-End Principal Solutions Advisor with strong understanding of Consumer Goods and Manufacturing Planning & Execution operations, including Integrated Business Planning, Demand, Supply, and Inventory planning. This role involves designing and delivering strategic solutions that connect planning and execution across the value chain. Partnering with sales and cross-functional teams, the advisor will architect tailored solutions, provide strategic insight, and demonstrate how Blue Yonder’s integrated platform can drive agility, efficiency, and profitability from demand planning through fulfillment.
Must have:
  • Engage deeply with businesses to understand their end-to-end business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives across planning, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops that surface business and operational challenges, and map them to Blue Yonder capabilities.
  • Craft compelling stories and business cases using data-driven insights and tailored solution demonstrations that connect strategy to execution.
  • Collaborate across Blue Yonder’s ecosystem to design, validate, and present cohesive solutions.
  • Serve as a thought leader on industry trends and supply chain innovation, bringing external market perspective to internal solution development and customer discussions.
  • Build, configure, and deliver impactful demonstrations of Blue Yonder’s SaaS platform, showcasing how we help clients solve problems across the full value chain.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally—sharing field insights to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy.
  • Translate complex business challenges into achievable transformation roadmaps through solution recommendations, business blueprints and technical proof points.
  • Support customer engagement from initial discovery to final presentation, influencing C-level decision-makers through clear articulation of Blue Yonder’s differentiated value.

  • Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation and provide proof of concept
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of complex aspects of products and systems
  • Answer client questions on product function and usage and solve sales support problems
  • Develops and applies methods, theories and research techniques to provide solutions to technical problems
  • Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations

Principal Solutions Advisor (End to End Principal)

Overview

Blue Yonder is seeking an astute, collaborative team player with a strong understanding of end-to-end Consumer Goods, Manufacturing Planning & Execution operations—including Integrated Business Planning, Demand, Supply and Inventory planning, Category management, transportation, warehousing, labor, order management. This individual will help our clients unlock competitive advantage by designing and delivering strategic solutions that connect planning and execution across the value chain.

Scope

As an End-to-End Architect, you’ll partner with our sales and cross-functional teams to architect and articulate tailored solutions that address the complex challenges businesses face. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic insight and demonstrating how Blue Yonder’s integrated platform can drive agility, efficiency, and profitability across their planning and execution processes—from initial demand planning through fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage deeply with businesses to understand their end-to-end business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives across planning, logistics, and fulfillment, extending from customer through n-tier suppliers.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops that surface business and operational challenges, and map them to Blue Yonder capabilities.
  • Craft compelling stories and business cases using data-driven insights and tailored solution demonstrations that connect strategy to execution.
  • Collaborate across Blue Yonder’s ecosystem—including Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, Value Engineering, and Partners—to design, validate, and present cohesive solutions.
  • Serve as a thought leader on industry trends and supply chain innovation, bringing external market perspective to internal solution development and customer discussions.
  • Build, configure, and deliver impactful demonstrations of Blue Yonder’s SaaS platform, showcasing how we help clients solve problems across the full value chain.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally—sharing field insights to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, STEM, or related field
  • 10+ years of total work experience with 5+ years of experience in supply chain, consulting, advisory or pre-sales roles involving planning, logistics and execution platforms
  • Proven ability to operate across both strategic planning and operational execution domains
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations across consumer goods, process, life sciences and manufacturing
  • Experience building and delivering compelling stories, narratives and call-to-action to diverse audiences, including executives
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and storytelling skills; able to synthesize and articulate value clearly
  • Proficiency in SaaS platforms and ability to configure or tailor solutions in customer-facing environments
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
