As a Business Process Analyst at Room 8studio, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and automating internal business processes. You will analyze existing processes, develop innovative solutions, and implement change management initiatives. Your responsibilities include developing, re-designing, and optimizing processes, conducting gap analysis, utilizing BPM methodologies and tools, collaborating with IT, and ensuring seamless integration. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating processes, integrating feedback, and implementing change management initiatives. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience in BPM methodologies and tools.
Must have:
  • 1+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Operations Specialist, Business Consultant or similar roles
  • Proven experience in change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with information systems integration processes
  • Proficient in BPM methodologies, tools, and process automation
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (speaking and writing)
  • Experience in process optimization and transformation
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative thinking to recommend and implement creative solutions for process improvement
Good to have:
  • Professional certification: BPMN certification
  • Experience in Jira and Confluence
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field, as well as a master’s degree

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and automate transformative business processes within our Service Lines. You will coordinate the integration of innovative information systems, lead impactful change management efforts, and support the unity of processes during post-merger integration.

Superpowers
you have are

  • 1+ year of experience in the position of Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Operations Specialist, Business Consultant or in a similar position; 
  • Proven experience in change management initiatives;
  • Familiarity with information systems integration processes;
  • Proficient in BPM methodologies, tools, and process automation;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (speaking and writing);
  • Experience in process optimization and transformation;
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

As a part of Room 8
studio, you will

  • Develop, re-design, optimize, and automate internal business processes from analysis of the “as-is” state to creating a “to-be” state description;
  • Determine indicators, develop evaluation instruments, and define KPIs for business processes;
  • Conduct gap Analysis, assess processes, and initiate modifications based on current requirements and strategy;
  • Utilize BPM methodologies and tools to enhance process efficiency;
  • Create and maintain corporate regulation documents;
  • Monitor and evaluate processes continuously, integrating feedback and iteratively improving processes;
  • Collaborate with IT for seamless integration, conducting thorough testing of new or existing tools;
  • Address issues and troubleshoot problems related to tools and instruments;
  • Ensure regular document updates and improvements based on feedback received from users;
  • Implement change management initiatives in close cooperation with other Corporate Functions;
  • Manage communication and training related to process changes.
