We’re currently looking for a Product Manager to join us in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a part of Nasdaq European Market Services, our team develops products associated with financial derivatives including Equity Derivatives, Index, Fixed Income and Commodities. What will you be doing?

Your focus will be on leading product management ideas and activities across the organization and making sure they are in alignment with Nasdaq European Market Services’ vision and strategy. In this position, you will act as a funnel for product development ideas, and you’ll influence key stakeholders in order to realize commercial opportunities.

Your daily responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead product management ideas and activities

  • Participate in or lead the analytical, experimental, investigative, and testing efforts in support of developing new products and services

  • Perform analysis and prepare forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, coverage, market practices and trends

  • Coordinate all phases of new product and service development

  • Research market conditions, write profitability analysis and set product critical metrics

  • Ensure relevant tracking and metrics of product roadmap and performance, in line with Nasdaq European Market Services' goals

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience within relevant field, such as financial services or banking

  • Academic degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business/Finance or similar

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent language skills in written and spoken English

  • Prior experience or knowledge of derivatives would be an advantage

Monthly base salary 3300-3600 EUR (gross). The final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience, other bonuses apply.
