Job Description

Tencent Overseas IT aims to support Tencent's global expansion with advanced IT platforms and services. This internship involves participating in IT product/solution projects, particularly IT automation, and supporting local functional testing and validation. The intern will also assist with data analysis, dashboard creation for project management, knowledge management, and team activities to enhance collaboration. The role requires a commitment of 6-12 months, working 5 days a week onsite in London.

Must Have:

Participate in IT Product/Solution projects, especially IT automation.
Support local functional testing and validation of OIT products/solutions.
Prepare local test reports, standardize user guides, and improve deployment efficiency.
Assist in-demand data analysis and create dashboards for PM project management.
Conduct team knowledge management (wiki, IT self-service knowledge base).
Organize team activities to improve collaboration.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor/master student in Business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, or equivalent.
Solid IT skills and good execution.
Strong affinity with challenging technical subjects.
Good communication skills, able to work independently, and goal-oriented.
Available for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months.
Commit 5 days working from the London office.

What the Role Entails

Participate in Tencent Overseas IT Product/Solution projects, especially IT automation.
Support local functional testing and validation of OIT products/solutions prior to studio adoption.
Support the preparation of local test reports for OIT products/solutions, standardize user guides, and improve deployment efficiency.
Assist in-demand data analysis and studio adoption-related projects and create dashboards to support PM project management.
Conduct team knowledge management, such as wiki and IT self-service knowledge base construction.
Organize team activities to improve collaboration with other departments.
Other activities are arranged by the supervisor.

Who We Look For

You speak fluent Mandarin and English.
You are a bachelor/master student in the field of business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, Business (Other), or equivalent.
You have solid IT skills and good execution
You have a strong affinity with the challenging technical subject.
You have good communication skills, you are able to work independently, and you are goal-oriented.
You are available for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months.
You can commit 5 days working from our office in London.
