Job Summary

The IT Operations Intern will provide IT support for daily operations for all Singapore users, collaborate with the OIT team to promote hardware/software, design newsletters, liaise on artworks, design and maintain the website, undertake photography shoots and design brochures, design training materials for new employees, and design the template of overseas IT knowledge documents. They will also align with a continuous improvement program focused on business value and process optimization.

Must Have

Diploma or Degree in Design/Web/Graphic/Multimedia or equivalent
Excellent design skills with a flair for layout and aesthetics
Highly skilled in video recording & editing (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)

Good to Have

Experience in providing desktop support
Knowledge of collaborative productivity tools
Fluent in Chinese and English

What the Role Entails

Work closely with team to Provide IT support for daily Ops for all Singapore users
Collaborate with OIT team to promote OIT Hardware/Software, products, events
Periodically design newsletter that informs overseas users of our latest events, tips, or updates relating to our projects, products or services, etc.
Liaise with OIT team on all artworks, image format and design queries.
Design, improve and maintain the website (iWiki/Confluence).
To undertake photography shoots and design brochures for Singapore office events.
Work with OIT team to design training materials to provide the best DAY 1 experience for new Tencent employees onboarding experience.
Design the template of overseas IT knowledge documents in one place for overseas users' self-help and regional peer support.
Align with continuous improvement program focused on business value, process optimization, cost avoidance, cost reductions and IT “Speed to Market.”

Who We Look For

Diploma or Degree in Design /Web / Graphic / Creative Multimedia / Social Media or equivalent
Excellent design skills with a flair for layout and aesthetics
Highly skilled in video recording & editing, Adobe premiere Pro: Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects on PC and Mac
Ability to work under tight deadlines and able to multitask
Experience in providing desktop support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services is preferred
Knowledge of collaborative productivity tools, for example, instant messaging, collaboration, workspace, knowledge management, issue resolution, and ticketing, is preferred.
Fluent in Chinese and English is preferred in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters
