Job Description

The IT Specialist will provide technical support for desktop and systems, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities include user support for various applications like Google Workspace, Autodesk, Adobe, Active Directory, and Perforce, as well as troubleshooting across different operating systems, hardware, and video conferencing tools. The role also involves procurement, device management, supporting the employee technology lifecycle, asset tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation, all while delivering excellent customer service.
Must have:
  • Provide IT support for Desktop Support and Systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address technical challenges
  • Support users for Google Workspace, Autodesk, Adobe, Active Directory, and Perforce
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across operating systems, applications, and hardware
  • Troubleshoot video conferencing, including Google Meet, Zoom, and Slack
  • Provide technical guidance on applications and security practices
  • Manage procurement and devices
  • Perform remote troubleshooting via TeamViewer
  • Support employee technology lifecycle (hardware, software, peripherals)
  • Track assets and software
  • Provide excellent customer service and end-user support
  • Provide technical support onsite and remotely
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Job Description

  • Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues across different operating systems, various applications, and hardware
  • Video Conferencing troubleshooting, including Google Meet, Zoom, and Slack
  • Provide technical guidance on applications and security practices
  • Procurement and device management
